Fabric Inspection
Every fabric roll is inspected before production. We check weight, elasticity, color consistency, weave uniformity, and surface defects against our quality standards.
Print Quality Verification
Sublimation prints are checked for color accuracy, registration, sharpness, and transfer quality. We verify against the approved mockup to ensure your design is reproduced correctly.
Dimensional & Sizing Check
Finished garments are measured against our size charts. We verify chest, length, shoulder, sleeve, and other key measurements across all sizes to ensure consistent fit.
Stitching & Seam Inspection
Every seam is inspected for stitch consistency, tension, and strength. We check flatlock stitching, reinforced stress points, necklines, armholes, and hem finishes.
Logo & Branding Verification
Team logos, player names, and numbers are checked for correct spelling, placement, alignment, font, size, and color. We match against your approved artwork and roster.
Final Overall Inspection & Packing
A final 100% inspection covers overall appearance, workmanship, cleanliness, and folding. Garments are individually packed with correct labels, tags, and packaging as specified.
