What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 4 pieces per design, with mixed sizes allowed. Exact MOQ may vary depending on the sport, product style, fabric and production requirements.
How much does a sample cost?
Sample cost depends on the product type, fabric and workmanship. We will confirm the exact sample cost when you submit your requirements. Sample lead time is approximately 5–7 days.
How long does production take?
Small and medium team orders can usually be completed within 7–10 days after artwork, sizes, roster and payment are confirmed. Larger orders may require additional time. International shipping time is separate from production time.
Can you work from our artwork or reference images?
Yes. Send us your existing artwork, team logo, or reference images. Our design team will create production-ready files based on your materials, including template color changes, custom logos, names and numbers.
What customization options are available?
You can customize colors, patterns, team logos, player names and numbers, fabric choice, neck labels, hang tags, and packaging bags. We support sublimation, screen printing, embroidery, and tackle twill.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship to your appointed freight forwarder in China or help arrange international shipping based on destination, quantity and delivery requirements. Shipping is quoted separately.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, factory visits can be arranged. Our manufacturing facility is located in Yingjia Industrial Park, Shiqi Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou, China. Contact us to schedule a visit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, T/T bank transfer, and WorldFirst. Payment terms will be confirmed according to the sample, order value and production requirements.
Do you support private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We offer custom neck labels, hang tags, polybags, and packaging. These items may require batch production and can be used across multiple orders.
