📝 Send Your Logo & Requirements
Email us your team logo, roster, size requirements, and any reference images. Tell us what customization you need.
💰 Receive a Quote
We reply to quotation requests within 24 hours with pricing, timeline, and design suggestions based on your requirements.
✏️ Confirm the Mockup
Our design team creates a digital mockup for your review. You confirm the design or request adjustments before production.
🧵 Order a Sample or Proceed Directly
Choose to order a physical sample (approximately 5–7 days) for quality check, or proceed directly to bulk production if you are confident in the design.
🏭 Bulk Production
Small and medium team orders can usually be completed within 7–10 days after artwork, sizes, roster and payment are confirmed.
✅ Quality Inspection
Every order goes through quality inspection before packing. We check stitching, printing, sizing, and overall finish.
📦 Shipping
We deliver to your appointed freight forwarder in China or help arrange international shipping based on your destination.
