🧵 Fabric Sourcing & Inspection
We source high-quality performance polyester fabrics from trusted suppliers. Every fabric roll is inspected for weight, stretch, color consistency, and defects before entering production.
📐 Pattern Making & Grading
Our pattern makers create precise digital patterns for each design. Patterns are graded across all requested sizes (XS–4XL) to ensure consistent fit across the entire team order.
🖨️ Sublimation Printing
Your custom design is printed onto transfer paper using high-quality sublimation inks. The design is then heat-pressed onto the fabric at high temperature, bonding the ink into the fibers for a permanent, fade-resistant finish.
✂️ Cutting & Panel Preparation
Printed fabric panels are precisely cut using automated and manual cutting processes. Each panel is organized and matched to ensure pattern alignment across seams.
🪡 Sewing & Assembly
Skilled sewing operators assemble each uniform using industrial-grade machines. Flatlock stitching for durability, reinforced stress points, and careful attention to necklines, armholes, and hems.
📦 Finishing & Packing
Completed uniforms are trimmed, inspected for loose threads, pressed, folded, and individually packed. Custom labels and tags are applied according to your private label requirements.
